Rosamund Pike | Hyde Park London
The other day after a rather arduous bike ride, I got lost in the depths of Hyde Park and found myself sun baking in long grasses with no one in sight. That is until a gorgeous lone girl holding a Frisbee and a coffee mug walked past, sporting a pair of dashing short shorts. Contemplating if I could be bothered taking a picture, I decided that those red shorts against the long green grass were too good to pass up. I jumped up, declared she was looking lovely and asked if we could shoot some pictures, to which she obliged. Afterwards, like with all my photos, I did a little interview and asked her all my favourites questions like where can I get those incredible shorts… (Tucker by the way!) And then lastly I asked, “so what is your name?” to which she graciously replied… “Rosamund Pike.”
Well you never know whom you may run into in the depths of Hyde Park.

SHOOTING PARIS COUTURE SHOWS IN THE SUMMER MAKES ME FEEL THE URGE TO DANCE INFRONT OF THE EIFFEL TOWER
I just arrived home from an amazing week in Paris shooting Couture! Lots to post, although for the meantime you can check out some of the images I shot on VOGUE.COM (UK) and VOGUE.COM.AU (Australia)
Here I am wearing my new favourite summer items – my white Prada shirt and Herve Leger skirt!
JOSH GOOT for VOGUE.COM UK
I was SO EXCITED when VOGUE.COM UK asked me to photograph and interview some of my favourite designers at RAFW for them. Here is the first portrait/ interview from a series of 7.
Josh’s last show in London was held in a car park, so quite fittingly, his homecoming to RAFW was held in an East Sydney carpark. After 6 flights of stairs and cursing my 5 inch stilettos, we walked into a huge, beautifully lit space with smoke machines creating an eerie atmosphere. The space evoked a sense of other worldliness where you couldn’t help but be quiet. This was my favourite show to shoot this week - I also may have been swayed by the amazing after party on the 5th level of the carpark that had been converted into an incredible venue with champagne flowing.
I sat down with Josh a few days after his show outside the carpark of the Opera House for a chat.
Check out the interview with Josh here.
My Australian Fashion week diary is up on Vogue UK.com
From backstage, the front row, and behind the scenes of the entire week with lots of interviews with the designers…

Anna dello Russo never disappoints and always delights. Every single day of the season.
Can’t wait to see what she does in Paris.
So I love a bit of shamless self promotion once in a while!
This is the angelic Anna Sjoberg!
Anna is from Sweden and is spending time in Sydney working.
You may remember I ran into her in London as well back in 2009! See her gorgeous London style here on Vogue.com
I swear this is how I ran into her, just on a normal summers day, strolling around the streets with her Martin Margiela skirt, a vintage vest and Mulberry belt, and Chronicles of Never sunglasses… you know… that’s how I kick it too!
Anna you are so chic it hurts!
