Perhaps its the effortlessness to this outfit.  The pop of white under and over the neon Proenza Schouler skirt.  The cool and understated use of Python in the flat lace ups and bag.  The contrast of the green to her red hair and lips. 

I have never known an editor to get it more right… When I grow up, I want to be as cool as Taylor.

How does she wear key trend pieces, that are often over-saturated, in an original way that makes us covet them like no other can? 

How does she seem to look so effortlessly chic, but still look like she is always having fun?
